| Alarm Unit - Tunstall 400 'T400' | |

T400 is designed to support people living in their own homes. Provided standard with a hands free radio trigger, the T400 can be used to raise an alarm call from anywhere in the home by simply pressing the radio trigger, or the large illuminated red button on the unit. The T400 can be interfaced with one hard wired and 12 radio sensor inputs, allowing it to monitor a wide range of events in the home. Activated alarm calls are received at the dedicated 24 hour response centre, where a telecare consultant will speak to the client and seek the appropriate assistance for their needs.

Tunstall’s T4000 is an intelligent home unit with capabilities that extend way beyond the boundaries of the traditional community alarm. It can be used with a wide range of personal alarms, talk back speech triggers, cordless telephone handsets and fall detectors. The T4000 can be used to detect activity, inactivity, carbon monoxide, smoke, and even temperature changes. It has a wide variety of dialling options, allowing an individual to be dialled if certain sensors are activated, and the 24 hour response centre to be dialled for others. The T4000 can be interfaced with one hard wired and 25 radio sensor inputs, allowing it to monitor a wide range of events in the home. |

The Tunstall Caresse is designed to support people living in their own homes and can be used to raise an alarm call from anywhere in the home by simply pressing the radio trigger, or the large illuminated red button on the unit. Activated alarm calls can be transmitted to a personal reponder (usually family) or can be directed to a dedicated 24 hour response centre, where a telecare consultant will speak to the client and seek the appropriate assistance for their needs. The Tunstall Caresse can be interfaced with one hard wired and 15 radio sensor inputs, allowing it to monitor a wide range of events in the home. |

Tunstall’s Amie is a discreet, attractive personal trigger that comes with a neck cord and belt clip. Other wearing options include a wrist strap or pocket clip. Once interfaced with an alarm unit, the Amie works up to 50* meters from the alarm unit. The Amie is water resistant allowing it to be worn while bathing and is slimline for comfort and convenience. The Amie is powered by a lithium battery allowing up to five years life. *Range of the Amie may be affected by building material used in the home. |

The Tunstall bogus caller is an alert button that allows the user to subtly activate an alarm call to Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre if the user is uncertain or uncomfortable with the person at their front door. When pressed, the Tunstall bogus caller activates a silent call for help or provide an additional voice in the home, to scare away a potential intruder and provide reassurance to the resident. |
| Specialty Care Sensor - Bed Occupancy Sensor | |

Tunstall’s bed occupancy sensor detects if the bed is not occupied during a preset time. The sensor can be tailored to each individual allowing them to get up through the night, but will activate an alarm call if they do not return within a certain time frame. The sensor will also detect if someone has not gone to bed at night, or got out of bed in the morning, activating an alarm call to the 24 hour response centre. The sensor can also be interfaced with X-10 controllers to trigger lights to come on and go off to reduce the likely hood of tripping or falling during the night. Tunstall’s pressure mat monitors movement in specific areas, such as next to the bed or by the bathroom. If the sensor has not been activated (walked upon) within a set period of time an alert is sent through to the 24 hour response centre. Conversely an alert can be sent through to the response centre or carer any time it is walked upon. This may be beneficial when used for clients who are prone to wondering.

Tunstall’s property exit sensor monitors for people leaving a building at unusual times of day or night. If the clients leaves the building and does not return within the pre set time frame an alarm call will be activated. | Specialty Care Sensor - Fall Detector | |

Tunstall’s fall detector monitors when a client has fallen. Using an intelligent two stage detection process, the fall detector is able to detect genuine falls. When an impact is sensed, the fall detector wakes up from its idle state. A second sensor then examines the client’s is in a lying position before the process continues. If this state is unchanged after 15 seconds, the device registers an emergency and sends a radio alarm signal to the home unit, which then initiates a call to the response centre. |

Using the telephone transmitter a Tunstall sensor can interface to trigger the pager alerting an onsite carer.
