T400 is designed to support people living in their own homes. Provided standard with a hands free radio trigger, the T400 can be used to raise an alarm call from anywhere in the home by simply pressing the radio trigger, or the large illuminated red button on the unit. The T400 can be interfaced with one hard wired and 12 radio sensor inputs, allowing it to monitor a wide range of events in the home. Activated alarm calls are received at the dedicated 24 hour response centre, where a telecare consultant will speak to the client and seek the appropriate assistance for their needs.

Tunstall’s T4000 is an intelligent home unit with capabilities that extend way beyond the boundaries of the traditional community alarm. It can be used with a wide range of personal alarms, talk back speech triggers, cordless telephone handsets and fall detectors.

The T4000 can be used to detect activity, inactivity, carbon monoxide, smoke, and even temperature changes.  It has a wide variety of dialling options, allowing an individual to be dialled if certain sensors are activated, and the 24 hour response centre to be dialled for others. The T4000 can be interfaced with one hard wired and 25 radio sensor inputs, allowing it to monitor a wide range of events in the home.

The Tunstall Caresse is designed to support people living in their own homes and can be used to raise an alarm call from anywhere in the home by simply pressing the radio trigger, or the large illuminated red button on the unit. Activated alarm calls can be transmitted to a personal reponder (usually family) or can be directed to a dedicated 24 hour response centre, where a telecare consultant will speak to the client and seek the appropriate assistance for their needs. The Tunstall Caresse can be interfaced with one hard wired and 15 radio sensor inputs, allowing it to monitor a wide range of events in the home.

Tunstall’s Amie is a discreet, attractive personal trigger that comes with a neck cord and belt clip. Other wearing options include a wrist strap or pocket clip.  

Once interfaced with an alarm unit, the Amie works up to 50* meters from the alarm unit.  The Amie is water resistant allowing it to be worn while bathing and is slimline for comfort and convenience. The Amie is powered by a lithium battery allowing up to five years life.

Worn round the neck, on the wrist or attached to an item of clothing, Tunstall’s Gem personal trigger allows a call for help to be raised anywhere in the home or garden.

Once interfaced with an alarm unit, the gem works up to 50* meters from the alarm unit.  The Gem is water resistant allowing it to be worn while bathing and features a large button for easy activation. The Gem is powered by a lithium battery allowing up to five years life.

Tunstall’s pull cord can be strategically placed around the home to provide the user with a convenient means of summoning help in an emergency. The pull cord is used in areas where personal triggers are unlikely to be worn e.g. positioned next to the bed, in the bathroom or toilet. Two kinds of pull cords are available, either radio transmission or hard wired to the alarm unit.

Tunstall’s pneumatic or puffer switch is manufactured to be sufficiently sensitive for a client to blow gently with their mouth or to touch softly in order to activate an alarm call to the response centre.

The Tunstall bogus caller is an alert button that allows the user to subtly activate an alarm call to Tunstall’s 24 hour response centre if the user is uncertain or uncomfortable with the person at their front door. When pressed, the Tunstall bogus caller activates a silent call for help or provide an additional voice in the home, to scare away a potential intruder and provide reassurance to the resident.

Tunstall’s bed occupancy sensor detects if the bed is not occupied during a preset time. The sensor can be tailored to each individual allowing them to get up through the night, but will activate an alarm call if they do not return within a certain time frame. The sensor will also detect if someone has not gone to bed at night, or got out of bed in the morning, activating an alarm call to the 24 hour response centre. The sensor can also be interfaced with X-10 controllers to trigger lights to come on and go off to reduce the likely hood of tripping or falling during the night.

Tunstall’s state of the art nocturnal epilepsy sensor is placed underneath the bed sheet and monitors the user’s vital signs including heart rate and tonic clonic shakings whilst in bed. The sensor may detect a range of epileptic seizures. Upon detection of such a situation, an alarm call will be raised to the 24 hour response centre to ensure the appropriate action can be taken.

Tunstall’s pressure mat monitors movement in specific areas, such as next to the bed or by the bathroom. If the sensor has not been activated (walked upon) within a set period of time an alert is sent through to the 24 hour response centre.

Conversely an alert can be sent through to the response centre or carer any time it is walked upon. This may be beneficial when used for clients who are prone to wondering.

Working similar to a normal smoke alarm, Tunstall’s smoke alarm provides an audible alert, as well as activating an alarm call the 24 hour response centre so that immediate assistance for the client can be sought. 

Tunstall’s flood detector is a neat, unobtrusive wireless sensor that can provide an early warning of potential in home flood situations. The sensor is placed under the sink, basin or next to the bath. If the detector senses water, the unit will provide two types of alarm. The first is a local audible alarm to alert the client to turn off the water, and the second to the base alarm unit, which will automatically raise a call at the response centre.

Tunstall’s natural gas detector provides an early warning of dangerous levels of natural gas in the home.

Working in conjunction with the gas valve controller, the unit will automatically turn off the gas supply to the property or individual appliance should dangerous levels of gas be detected. In addition, the gas valve controller will also automatically raise an alarm call, to enable the most appropriate action to be taken. Using the key switch, the gas supply can easily be reinstated once the situation has been resolved.

Tunstall’s fall detector monitors when a client has fallen. Using an intelligent two stage detection process, the fall detector is able to detect genuine falls. When an impact is sensed, the fall detector wakes up from its idle state. A second sensor then examines the client’s is in a lying position before the process continues.

If this state is unchanged after 15 seconds, the device registers an emergency and sends a radio alarm signal to the home unit, which then initiates a call to the response centre.

Made of clear, easy to clean plastic, the adapter clicks securely into the back of the Gem providing the user with a larger surface area to press and raise an alarm with little effort.

The Key Safe holds up to five keys and attaches securely to any wall or flat surface with mounting hardware included. Enables safe and secure storage of a spare key conveniently located for emergency access.

Tunstall’s ROM allows other compatible devices, to transmit a signal to a Tunstall home unit and other Tunstall telecare enabled systems. Tunstall’s ROM eliminates the need to hard wire a sensor or detector to the alarm unit.

The Bellman Visit Flash receiver attracts the users attention with powerful and distinct flashes and indicates the type of signal with different coloured LEDs. The Flash receiver can also be connected directly to the telephone line. The Flash receiver is a portable product that comes with a mounted table stand. There is also a wall bracket available as an accessory.

The Bellman Visit Smoke Alarm transmitter helps the user detect fires. It is mounted on the ceiling, just like ordinary smoke alarms. The Bellman Visit Smoke Alarm is activated by smoke from any fires and sends a radio signal to the Bellman Visit receivers for clear alerting. Using a Tunstall ROM the smoke detector can also alert the 24 hour Tunstall Response Centre.

The Bellman Visit Alarm clock is an excellent product for providing a very clear wake up signal in the morning and when you like to be made aware of the door bell, telephone, baby-cry or smoke alarm by distinct flash and/or loud sound. Different coloured LEDs indicate the various alerts. In addition Tunstall telecare devices can also interface with the alarm clock to wake up sleeping carers.

The Bed-shaker is placed under the pillow and it’s vibrations alert the sleeping user of various calls and alarms. The Bellman Bed-shaker can be connected to the Bellman Visit Portable receiver, the Bellman Visit Flash receiver, the Bellman Visit pager receiver via its charger and the Bellman Visit Alarm clock receiver.

The Door entering contact mat is put under the normal mat close to the door entrance and is connected to the Bellman Visit Multi-purpose transmitter (same as the Telephone transmitter). When a person steps on the mat, the Multi-purpose transmitter is activated and the user is alerted by any of the Bellman Visit receivers. Easy and convenient to use. The doormat can also interface with a Tunstall alarm and be used as an activity sensor.

Simply place the Bellman Visit Baby cry transmitter near the baby. It is activated by crying or screaming and sends a radio signal to the Bellman Visit receiver(s) for alerting. Together with a Bellman Visit Receiver, the Baby-cry transmitter can also be used outside the home, for example in the garden or on holiday. Used in conjunction with Tunstall telecare it may also be used for other home care applications.

Simply attach the Bellman Visit Door transmitter near the doorbell or intercom telephone. It is activated by both mechanical/electrical doorbells and intercom telephones. When activated, the Door transmitter sends a radio signal to the Bellman Visit receiver(s) for clear alerting.

The Bellman Visit Pager receives signals from the Bellman Visit transmitters and alerts the user by using a range of different vibration and light signals for the various different alarms. By using the Pager, it is possible to move around freely about the home or into the garden and still be reached. The Pager is small enough to be put into a pocket or attached to a belt on the waist. Using the telephone transmitter a Tunstall sensor can interface to trigger the pager alerting an onsite carer.

The Bellman Visit Charger is used to recharge the Bellman Visit Pager when powered by a rechargeable battery.

The Bellman Visit Portable Receiver receives signals from the various Visit transmitters and alerts the user by using a range of different sound and light signals for the various different alarms. The Portable receiver has an optimised sound frequency and an adjustable sound level, from 0 dB up to a very loud 90 dB. The unit is portable and when interfaced with Tunstall telecare sensors the portable receiver becomes a convenient alerting device for onsite carers.

Simply plug the Bellman Visit Telephone transmitter into the telephone socket by using the enclosed intermediate adapter. When activated by an incoming telephone call, the Telephone transmitter sends a radio signal to the Bellman Visit receiver(s) for alerting.

By disconnecting the telephone cord the Telephone transmitter becomes a"Multipurpose transmitter", and can also be used as a Push-button transmitter or together with other triggering devices (entrance mats, external relays/push-buttons or magnetic contacts) and Tunstall sensors.
