The Honeywell HomMed Genesis DM is an in home device that collects clinical data including allowing a patients vital signs to be collected and monitored without having to leave the home.
The Genesis DM is ideal for;
Ongoing case management – allows ongoing assessment of a clients vitals without interruption to their daily routine.
Early discharge – allows a patient to recover in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by their loved ones.
Long term or chronic disease management – allows a client/patient to maintain as normal life as possible while safely managing their condition.

The Honeywell HomMed Genesis DM interfaces with Honeywell LifeStream, a seamless web bases software program that remotely evaluates data provided from a clients Genesis DM.
Honeywell LifeStream is programmed to suit each individual, with a maximum and minimum acceptable result for each user. This data is then asses by a triage nurse and if necessary passed on to the user’s physician for assessment.
Honeywell LifeStream is also able to track trends and store content for future reference. |

Tunstall Response is establishing the capability to monitor Honeywell HomMed Genesis DM using the LifeStream system. Providing an additional level of service, Tunstall’s triage trained nurse can asses the data and determine how best to disseminate the information to the appropriate parties or physician.
